Before it prints

Changed your mind? Open your order from your account and choose Cancel order. You can cancel until printing starts. We refund what you paid minus the payment processing fee, and the page shows the exact amount before you confirm.

After delivery

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint your piece or refund you if:

• it arrived damaged, or the package never arrived;
• it was printed or framed wrongly;
• the art doesn't feel right once it's on your wall.

Write to [email protected] with your order number and, for damage or printing problems, a photo or two. You don't need to send anything back unless we ask.

Digital files

Because digital files arrive straight away, please use the free previews and redos to get the art right before you buy. If a file you bought won't open or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. You'll get an email when we send it; banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.

This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
